The loop

One shift, four stations

The gameplay loop is the same every shift: peel, fry and serve for cash, spend it on machines, then survive the night. The diagram below is the whole day at a glance.

STEP 1

Collect potatoes

Pick potatoes off the pile by the road. Rarer potatoes are worth more once they are served.

STEP 2

Peel them

Each potato has to be peeled at a station before it can be cooked. This is the step most players under-budget for.

STEP 3

Fry a batch

Load the fryer and collect the finished fries. Automation here is what turns a shift from chores into income.

STEP 4

Serve the window

A car pulls up to the drive-thru and waits. Hand over the fries before the timer runs out, then check what the driver actually is.
